North Star is a wonderful young heifer which I purchased from Chris Ricard and Celestial Farms. Star has an extremely calm, gentle, and slightly shy personality which I have grown to really appreciate. She is the least "pushy" cow I have at feeding time so I tend to treat her special and give her a little extra hay away from the others! I think she has gotten spoiled lately and just watches with "sad" eyes until she gets feed her "special way". Due to her calm nature I would imagine she might make a wonderful milking prospect. Her Grandmother is Angel out of the Celestial herd which is a cow with exceptional conformation.
Star has been bred with Celestial Zion for a 2009 calf.
