Order Process
The first step is to let us know which plants you would like to order, your contact info., desired delivery date, and any other questions or concerns you might have.
We will then review your order and let you know which items can be supplied for your desired delivery time. We will then pull aside plants that are available and hold these items for you. Now that we have your order we can figure the total amount of your order including SHIPPING COST and accept payment info by phone (Visa, Master Card, Discover) or you can mail a check.
After receiving payment we will ship your plants UPS on the agreed upon shipping date. When you receive your order please take plants immediately out of boxes and give them a good drink of water. Also locate them in a place where they are semi-shaded and out of freezing or extremely hot conditions. If you have any problems with order or damaged plants please e-mail us as soon as you can and also please take some photos of damaged plants.
Since plants are shipped in containers they will need water on a regular basis (please don't over water or let dry out) and might need transplanted soon. I'm sorry, but we can't be responsible for the quality of care given to the plants after you receive them. The life of these plants is in your hands at this point!
