Rio is a little black heifer which was born at our farm spring of 2008. Rio's dam is Argyll who is Dun colored and horned. Her sire is Lane's End Microcosm who was AI sire by Woodmagic Hedgehog III. This is an extremely well known bull who was bred specifically for the classic short leg Dexter look without carrying the Chondrodysplasia gene. I'm extremely excited about retaining some of this Woodmagic bloodline in our herd.
We plan on registering Rio with the ADCA soon and look forward to her small stature bringing great things to our herd in the future.
